Jurin Systems

About Me

Welcome to the personal side of Jurin Systems. I'm a systems thinker, gamer, tech designer, and someone who sees technology not just as a tool, but as a deeply personal medium for building a better future.

My love for technology began with a Game Boy and Pokémon. The simplicity and magic of that handheld device introduced me to digital systems and sparked a curiosity that grew with each upgrade—from Game Boy to Nintendo DS—teaching me about tech evolution firsthand. My DS was the first piece of hardware that helped me understand the upgrade cycle and fueled my appreciation for purposeful design.

I’m a child of the internet. From early online play with Hamachi and Minecraft LAN worlds to working on personal VPNs and securing my family's digital life, I’ve always approached tech as something worth understanding, improving, and protecting. I grew up surrounded by it, constantly tinkering, researching, and looking for better ways to safeguard what matters.

Video games have played a massive role in shaping how I think. Stardew Valley helped me build a strategy-oriented mindset focused on planning and maximizing long-term growth. Factorio taught me the beauty of modular design, scalable systems, and efficiency in resource-limited environments. Minecraft gave me a love for automation and intentional architecture. Subnautica helped me overcome a fear of the unknown, showing that even isolation can be conquered with engineering and thoughtful design.

I'm drawn to immersive storytelling and big ideas—whether it’s through games, anime like Cowboy Bebop or Frieren, or films like Spielberg’s Ready Player One. I see myself in these visions of the future—imaginative, grounded in reality, and hopeful for something more. I’m inspired by creators like Steve Jobs, who pushed for purposeful design and believed deeply in vision-driven progress.

I’m passionate about space, physics, and the systems that govern our world. Channels like Astrum and Kurzgesagt fill my YouTube history because I’m always searching for a deeper understanding. And when I’m not learning or building, I find solace in music—Logic’s "The Incredible True Story," cinematic scores, and the mood of dusty jazz all speak to the blend of logic and emotion that drives me.

I’ve always been an engineer at heart—from 3D printing and hardware experimentation to building low-level code solutions and designing secure infrastructure for the future. Jurin Systems represents that spirit: grounded like an evergreen, resilient, and built with purpose. This isn't just about tech. It's about identity, intent, and forging a better path forward through elegant systems and solutions.
